(1) Services This website does not provide its own contents, herein referred to as images, pictures and movies. Instead, it sells its service to you, the end user of our database, established network, leased server space, bandwidth and associated corporate charges. NeckLover's service is to connect you to its database of affiliated models, allowing you to view and purchase their uploaded materials. (2) Access to Contents Access to this site's contents is through a combination of a username and a password. Subscribers are required to keep their login details strictly confidential and not release them to any other persons. This site will not release any password for any reason, to anyone other than the subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the site is a breach of this agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that this site may track each subscriber's entry to the site. Simultaneous login will be detected and prohibited. In addition, NeckLover, along with any of it's staff, agents, representatives, access providers, ISP's, nor its owners, can be held liable to any extent for any of your actions while accessing its contents, or for any repercussive action which may be as a direct or indirect result of accessing the contents. (3) Authorization of Use Subscribers to NeckLover are hereby authorized access to its services and materials. This access shall be granted for sole use to one subscriber. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities unless authorized by NeckLover. No material within NeckLover may be transferred or redistributed to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, materials may not be modified, or altered. Materials may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Materials shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from. This website reserves the right to terminate the membership and access at any time if the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the website. In additional, NeckLover reserves the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason. (4) Sanction and Approval of Adult Material NeckLover contains materials intended for an age restricted audience. By becoming a subscribing member, you are implicitly affirming that you are of legal age in the jurisdiction where this site is being viewed, and that you wish to gain access to materials of a sexually oriented and frankly erotic nature. You affirm that you are not offended by such materials, and that such materials are legal in your community, locale or country. Also, you affirm that you will not permit any minors to view or access in any way any materials found on this website. (5) Control of Uploaded Contents NeckLover will not tolerate illegal contents, including but not limited to child pornography. While every effort will be excercized to implement strict monitoring and control over the contents uploaded by its affiliated models, this control may not be immediately effective at all times. If you suspect that illegal contents have been uploaded to NeckLover, please contact us immediately via e-mail at: info@NeckLover.com. We will then review the materials concerned and decide if they should be removed immediately. If the complaint is found valid, we may also immediately suspend the account from which the materials were uploaded. (6) Recursive Billing NeckLover does NOT automatically rebill your credit card. (7) Refunding of Fees Once a purchase is confirmed, the fees paid are NOT refundable. If a problem should arise, and you feel a refund is in order, you may contact us via e-mail at: info@NeckLover.com, and state what the problem may be. We will then review the facts, and determine the eligibility on a case-by-case basis. (8) Protection Against Unauthorized Access NeckLover has a secured database system where account details and credit information are stored. While every step necessary will be taken to protect any such information from unauthorized access by hackers or network failures, you accept that you will not take legal actions against NeckLover for any losts due to unforeseen circumstances. If a problem should arise, and you feel a refund is in order, you may contact us via e-mail at: info@NeckLover.com, and state what the problem may be. We will then review the facts, and determine the eligibility on a case-by-case basis. (9) Payout to Members Contributing Exclusive Materials NeckLover uses Paypal to make payments to members contributing exclusive materials. Therefore, a Paypal account must be set up and made known to Nany payment can be made. Note that all payments from NeckLover will have Paypal fees deducted from them before they are received. (10) Deletion of Inactive Accounts NeckLover reserves the right to delete any member account which has been inactive for at least 3 months and without no credits; and any model account with no uploaded materials and inactive for at least 3 months. |
